Therefore We, the OEA Representative Council:

• Demand an end to BUSD’s political witch-hunt against Ms. Yvette Felarca.

• Demand BUSD Return Ms. Yvette Felarca to her classroom; Restore her pay; Rescind her discipline letters.

• Defend academic freedom and free speech for teachers.

• Demand no more interrogations of students, especially Ms. Felarca’s immigrant and ELD students.

• Pledge to stop Donald Trump’s racist vision for America.
