Jen Senko’s award-winning and critically acclaimed 90 minute documentary film, THE BRAINWASHING OF MY DAD will be screening at 8:40 pm to be followed by a Q&A with executive producer, Ryan Smith.

THE BRAINWASHING OF MY DAD examines the rise and powerful influence of right-wing media through the lens of director Jen Senko’s father. Formerly an open-minded, nonpolitical Democrat, he became an angry, radicalized right-wing fanatic after his discovery of Talk Radio on a lengthened commute to work, a personality shift which Senko reports is happening in families across America.

Featuring expert interviews with Noam Chomsky, David Brock, Jeff Cohen, George Lakoff, Claire Connor, Dr. Kathleen Taylor, Frank Luntz and others, TBOMD pulls back the curtain to expose the tools and tricks of the wizards behind the right-wing media phenomenon, revealing its chilling influence on our national discourse.
