”With huge numbers of us recognizing the need for transformative change, this ambitious and exuberant book perfectly matches its historical moment. Ayers fearlessly confronts the intersecting crises of our age—endless war, surging inequality, unchecked white supremacy and perilous planetary warming—while mapping emancipatory new possibilities. From the first page, his courage is contagious.” — Naomi Klein, author of The Shock Doctrine For Bill Ayers, it is the freedom of our collective imagination that links the contemporary world— esconced as it is in pervasive militarism, racist violence, and environmental devastation...This is a manifesto that should be read by everyone who wants to believe that ‘another world is possible.’ — Angela Davis

For Bill Ayers, it is the freedom of our collective imagination that links the contemporary world- esconced as it is in pervasive militarism, racist violence, and environmental devastation...This is a manifesto that should be read by everyone who wants to believe that 'another world is possible.' - Angela Davis

"Demand the Impossible! Provides the imperative we need now. As public consciousness and despair heighten in our various locales, we must be willing to engage lessons from the past and present while building a future that is reflective of our commitment to justice. If we're serious about this, we know there is no choice: All we got is US!"
-David Stovall, author of Born Out of Struggle

Bill Ayers is a social justice activist, teacher, distinguished professor education (retired) at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and author of two memoirs, Fugitive Days and Public Enemy.
He was a former leader of the Weather Underground.

Bernardine Dohrn, also a leader of the Weather Underground, is married to Bill Ayers. While attending law school she began working with Martin Luther King, Jr. and became the first law student organizer for the National Lawyers Guild.

$12 advance, $15 door.

Now we have Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn from the ridiculous and reactionary Weather Underground, and Angela Davis, a proud Democrat and former member of an organization for most of her adult life, including its Central Committee, the Communist Party, that functioned as a chapter of the Democratic Party since the 1930s, promoting Nazi millionaire warmongers Obama and Clinton, referring to Obama, who is from a CIA family, as being from the "black radical tradition," promoting a book, which is clearly a fundraiser for this reactionary trio. For those who are too young to remember:
1. Bill Ayers

2. Bernardine Dohrn
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bernardine_Dohrn
You will see that Ms. Dohrn did a previous manifesto which got nowhere.
3. Angela Davis
Angela Davis Has Lost Her Mind Over Obama, by Glen Ford, 3/27/12

The key to a better world is labor organizing for a general strike to put an end to the profit motive. No manifestos, support of capitalist, millionaire, warmonger Democrats or anything else works. All 3 are upper middle class hustlers with no concept of workingclass struggle. They are self-declared movie stars, not needed or wanted by anyone.
