This is a Bill that allows Law Enforcement throughout California to lie, harass, intimidate, and Kill with impunity! The law first went into effect in 1978 when it was signed by then Governor Jerry Brown. We are demanding that Governor Brown and the California Legislator Repeal this biased Bill!
