Thinking through boundaries to see if Empires are the ones ignoring them. The Charter is forming all nations to unite, and explicitly says, we the people form this United Nations to make war just a long distant memory for the comming generations.

That seems to meet the needs of the boundaries for the immediate times.

Empires have a different programe and military laws that explicitly say 1) Might is right, 2) Unilateralism, 3) Pre-emptive strikes. This was followed through to the uttmost by Hitler and the Japanese Fascists who denigrate all forms of compromise and diplomacy between nations.

Too bad the U.S.A. does not learn these important lessons of the herstoric and historic materialism of the Eartth's needs and all socieities. Aggressive wars cause disease and climate change pollution and MLK -speaks wisely when he discribes the U.S. government the 'greatest purveyer of violence in the world today.

Lessons not learned and continual policy of Aggressive War as foreign policy is tearing apart the ecolobical balances of the organic and inorganic web-of-life on planet Earth. We the people do not deserve this horrible treatment.

The plants, animals, and air, land, and water is being put assunder and sickness and misery is the result of U.S. Imperialist lies and unjust wars.

You all have a world to win!! End fossil fuels dependence with renewable energy, and double global democracy by electing women equally as Gender Parity, which solves global democracy economically, politically, judicially, culturally, organically and religio-wise. Workers of the world unite!! Voila!!
