It's wacky theater, but no other group is doing more to identify the root of the Bay Region's crisis of real estate than Real Estate Theater. Come applaud and discuss the privatization of the rent of mere location. Despite their blanching at the palpability of the term "community," Libertarians will have to agree that whenever two or more individuals crave the same parcel of land, there is detectable human relationship, which in the simplest sense of the word does constitute community.
