Fired CTC Whistleblower Kathleen Carroll's Lawyer Dan Siegel On Retaliation Witnesses
Kathleen Carroll, a lawyer and fired whistleblower at the California Commission on Credentialing is facing accusations of being a sexual harasser and "stalker" at the trial at Sacramento County Court on August 1, 2016. She exposed a massive backlog of credentials for teachers that were not being processed, forced a state audit and was fired in retaliation.

Kathleen Carroll was a former lawyer at the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing who blew the whistle on the backlog of hundreds of thousands of credentials that were being improperly withheld from teachers. She went to Senator Darrell Steinberg for a state audit and was fired by the Commission management in retaliation. The trial is now taking place in Sacrament Superior Court and her lawyer Dan Siegel was interviewed on August 1, 2016 about the witnesses, retaliation and what happens to whistleblowers who try to protect the public and teachers.
California Attorney General Kamala Harris and her lawyers are conducting the case against Kathleen Carroll and Governor Brown is in charge of the Commission on Teacher Credentialism CTC.
