Memorial and Remembrance for Frank Miguel Alvarado

To commemorate the second anniversary of the death of Frank Miguel Alvarado at the hands of the Salinas Police Department, a memorial and remembrance will be held on Sunday, July 10th at 2 PM until 4 PM on Beverly Dr. and Fairview Ave. in Salinas. All are invited to attend to come together to remember Frank's life.
