All these forms of inhumanity can be viewed through the lens of the struggle over control of land. We're talking real estate. The land of the kingdom. The land of the Empire. The land of the nation. The land of the neighborhood. The land that's mortgaged with interest-bearing debt. All these and more, Euro-Americans have engaged in.
