OAKLAND - The Oakland City Council will hold a special meeting tonight at 5 pm on the proposed coal terminal at the Port of Oakland. A "No Coal in Oakland" rally will be held at 4 pm at Oscar Grant Plaza 14th & Broadway (Frank Ogawa Plaza).
