Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) is a nonviolent strategy to change Israeli behavior toward the Palestinian people. Palestinian civil groups have called for BDS campaigns by international supporters. Some groups are trying to stop BDS and all pro-Palestine activism.
Come hear and participate in a discussion of BDS and how it might be applied in San Francisco. Speakers from Friends of Sabeel (Christian,) Keep Hope Alive (Presbyterian), Jewish Voice for Peace, and BDS activists from UC Davis and SFSU will speak briefly about what’s happening and what may be possible.
Panel will be followed by an open discussion and creation of a working group, and fellowship.
