THE ELIMINATI is an unnumbered serial street performance project of Ack-Act Theater's Theater of Real Estate project. The Theater of Real Estate's mission is to provoke the citizenry to socialize a whole lot more of land values. In a city swimming in land values, why is there poverty and unfunded anything?
In this episode, Fee-Fee the poodle bow-wow beats passers-by at Bernal Heights' fast maturing speakers corner at Andover and Cortland. She wants upwardly remunerated, wellingly-wealthy-through-real-estate-equity homo sapiens to sign her petition to place a city measure on the November 2016 ballot allowing dogs to real estate manage portions of city parks, with 30% of rental proceeds going to fund canine services around the city. Those dogs selected as managers will keep parks tidy and menace-free.
How many humans will support dogs share-cropping one another for a good cause?
Is Fee-Fee running a fence for human rent-seekers, or is she a legitimate LLC?
Will Fee-Fee procure a new leash on life for dogs more galumphy than herself?
Answers to these real estate questions--and to others, too--will be illuminated.
Free. Open to the public. Don't bring kibble, otherwise there may be such a thing as an extra-species free lunch.
