The Democratic Presidential Primary season in full gear, mail-in ballots have gone out, and the election process for district-level delegates is in full swing. Any Louisiana Democrat who has not completed a mail-in ballot is eligible to vote in person on SATURDAY, April 30th, 2016 between the hours of 9am and 5pm at New Orleans City Hall, located at 1300 Perdido St.,New Orleans, LA 70112.
