Selected by Palestine for submission to the 2015 Oscars for Best Foreign Language Film, "Eyes of a Thief" won the Audience Award for the 2015 Boston Palestine Film Festival.
Shot completely in the West Bank, and using only Arab actors, "Eyes of a Thief" is inspired by real events. It tells the story of a Palestinian who returns to Nablus after ten years in Israeli prison, to search for his wife and daughter. As secrets are uncovered, light is shed on Palestine society -- from the inside. Directed by Najwa Najjar. (98 min.)
