Kevin Cooper call from death row

In 2009, Judge William A. Fletcher wrote in his 101-page dissenting opinion against 9th Circuit denial of Kevin Cooper's final appeal that "the State of California may be about to execute an innocent man." ...and as pointed out in last nights discussion at the Omni Commons in Oakland...Juddge Fletcher did not say we were about to execute a man who MAY be innocent...but murder a man who WAS innocent.
