The city of Salinas means to punish you.

In an effort to get you to leave town, they want to
FORCE YOU TO LIVE OUT OF A BACKPACK and
LET YOU KEEP NOTHING MORE THAN WHAT YOU CAN CARRY!!!

In an effort to perpetuate the city’s “business friendly” atmosphere, the city will be driving people further and further into huddled and more obscure places, until there are none to be had, while STEALING your possessions each and every time.

When the city finds you the first time, they will “store” your possessions in a holding facility, but if you actually come and get your things back, you will need to camp outside of city limits from that point forward if you wish to keep your possessions. Either way, if the city catches you again within city limits, they will DESTROY everything they pick up!

The city is directly attacking Chinatown right now, but YOU ARE NEXT!!!

Salinas Homeless Advocates Doug Dunn and Wes White speak with James Green concerning the impending implementation of the city's Homeless Ordinance.

Doug Dunn has been on a Hunger Strike/Fast for 48 hours so far to get the city of Salinas to stop their oppression against the dispossessed by taking the only form of shelter and all of their personal belongings away from them, and has vowed to continue doing so until the city repeals its ordinance.
