UAL CWA-AFA & IBT In Joint Picket At SFO- Part Of National Action For A Contract
Hundreds of UAL CWA-AFA flight attendants and IBT mechanics marched and protested the continued concession demands by management in contract negotiations. Despite having profits of over .5 billion last year the UAL management continues to push even further take-aways. This was held on March 17, 2016
UAL CWA-AFA flight attendants and IBT Teamster machinists joined the picket lines at SFO on March 17, 2016 as part of a national action of CWA AFA for a contract. This was a joint action of both unions have faced continued concession demands. Both unions have also lost most of their pensions and many workers cannot afford to retire.
