Miguel Fraga is First Secretary of Cuba's Embassy in Washington DC. He will be in the Bay Area, early March, and will make a presentation at a public forum in San Francisco, and answer questions, one of which is: "When will U.S.-Cuba relations be normalized?" Sat. March 12, 7-9 pm.
