Muwekma Farm is in Need of Plants and Trees at 31st and East 14th, Oakland, CA
Muwekma Farm in this 11 month struggle is in Need of Plants and Trees to replace the ILLEGAL (4th Time) stealing by OPD and Public Works (SEIU) of an Farm for Indigenous CHILDREN. The last theft was especially aggredess as they took and Killed 4 REDWOODS which is actually Illegal to do without correct process as it is NOT illegal to GROW ON VACANT lots. The City of Oakland has more than 2000 Vacant lots in the Cuty so why are they so why are they soo well pertective of this lot and what does it say about the rest of the 2000 vacant lots and what communities if any have a shot to grow food or trees during this Critical time of Global Warming, The Occupy 2 Decolonize after 3 attacks (Thefts of Perconal Belongings as well as Farm tools and Plants) requested the City Attorneys Paperwork on ownership on this lot and its proof of Good Standing with the Ohlone People who are Not Federally Recogniozed which is a HATE Crime along with Ethnic Cleansing. The Recent City response was without proof so it not only proves that the City of Oakland has NO PROOF Of Ownership and so belongs to the Indigenous Community and the Ohlone People which also says thge City of Oakland CANNOT prove any of it is Legitimate. Please if you are going to shop do something for our Mother Earth (Pacha Mama) and go to a Nursery and bring them to 31st and East 14th or do clippings from other plants. This action is not contained to this paricular venue if yopu cannot make it do it in your atrea which this Illegal Government has scarred the Land
