Direct from Palestine, Wishah, a 20 person dance troupe, graces us with the first performance of their on US tour. Wishah's performances tell the story of Palestinian struggle and resilience from the steadfastness of political prisoners to the joy of community celebrations. The group aims to contribute to Palestinian cultural life by striving to preserve it from marginalization, inspire resistance, and advance Palestinian popular dancing. Palestine’s premier folkloric dance troupe, Wishah has performed to great acclaim in dance festivals all over the world, including major cities in China, Europe and South America.

Tickets: $25 (student price), $35, $55, $100.
