Includes a 6-foot table, 2 chairs and a business-card-sized ad in the program.

and any relevant signage or
materials.
• Signage is limited to your booth
space.
• No food items or alcohol may be
sold.
• Set up at 9:30 a.m. on October 31.

Back cover: $275 (7.5″ w × 10″ h, color)
Inside back cover: $240 (7.5″ w × 10″ h, color)
Inside front cover: $240 (7.5″ w × 10″ h, color)
Full page: $200 (7.5″ w × 10″ h, B&W)
Half page: $125 (7.5″ w × 5″ h, B&W)
Quarter page: $65 (3.5″ w × 5″ h, B&W)
Eighth page: $35 (3.5″ w × 2.5″ h, B&W)
The event program will be 8.5 × 11 format.

Entities that are tabling receive an eighth page ad as part of their package. From the tabling fee, $20 may be applied
toward a larger ad purchase. Please submit camera-ready ad copy in a format such as .pdf or .jpg.
