Reginald Priapus, one-time real estate vampire investment guru turned Benedict Arnold to his fellow share-cropping class of wealthy real estate magnates, is the guest speaker and sponsor of this evening's odd-man out rent money giveaway.

Priapus will give to one attendee $20 for each participant who completes the evening's "Primer in how to Fix the Real Estate Crisis." The program lasts an hour and 45 minutes. The money--up to $500--will be given away by 9 pm. Attendance is free of any charge or obligation.

Here's the deal. Priapus made seven million dollars in profits in the real estate world before he encountered the writings of Henry George. Since that "road to Damascus" experience, Priapus has come clean on the socially endorsed scam which deprives schools of funding, obliges taxes on work, and leads housing rights advocates into fjordalism (following long, dead-end, but scenic routes to nordic socialism obsession).

Today, Priapus tours the nation retelling the tale of 21st century share-cropping, which parallels the vicious share-cropping system of the south, 1865-1940. Share-cropping, simply put, is the ownership of nature by a subset of the whole population, and the rest of the population paying a share of the wealth produced for mere access to nature. The system reduced to peony much of the Black South, and it neatly describes the Bay Area today, where the real estate is owned by few and the great majority of the population pays for mere access to the land beneath all the people and stuff called San Francisco, Palo Alto, San Jose, Berkeley, etc.

Priapus will describe in detail the means by which he became (and you can become) rich. He will also describe the method by which we can all be set free. The twist to this evening's program is that the $20 for each person attending, single recipient giveaway, is that it echoes the scam. Many contribute (in this case they contribute their time), but only one benefits financially. Will the recipient "split the dough" or "split with the bag?"
