police are skulking around in silicon valley like they are using some new way of cruising like terror alerts have them skulking. but gusss what indy editors...they ,of course, are everywhere YOU are but nowhere where the ''terrorists'' are. you see the EVERYWHERE just in time to look at your pants or some creepy vibe. too many cops in silicon valley .tell them in Baltimore and send videos viral palo alto police are skulking but ALWAYS looking at YOUR pants!
