“Reclaiming Cinco de Mayo”, an art and literature event to rescue the true meaning of the holiday as a battle for Mexican and African American liberation.
This is an opportunity to see and purchase independent art while promoting a more just economy! Funds go to the San Francisco Living Wage Coalition and a sister organization in Ciudad Juarez, Las Hormigas, to advocate for social and economic justice.
Music and food included. $5 to $25 sliding scale admission.
