No Verizon Cell Antennas in Our Neighborhood or In Any Neighborhood!
Announcing a March and Protest through the Golden Gate
neighborhood of North Oakland to the local Verizon store in
Emeryville.
We are neighbors and concerned community members taking it to the streets in opposition to the planned Verizon 8 Cell Antenna Facility on Arlington Avenue. We are calling for an immediate halt to Verizon's plan to build a large telecommunications facility of eight cell antennas in a residential neighborhood, in complete disregard of our wishes while risking the health and wellbeing of our community.
Our message to Verizon: THIS IS OUR NEIGHBORHOOD NOT
YOURS! KEEP OUT!

From 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. we will protest there about the complete disregard Verizon shows to our community and encourage people to boycott Verizon Wireless. We will pass out fliers and have petitions to sign. We will not be silent! This is one of the main ways WE as a community can stop these companies from intruding into our residential neighborhoods.
