Nancy Schimmel, Judy Fjell, Candy Forest, Occupella, the Organic Women's Chorus and friends celebrate Nancy's 80th birthday with a fund-raising concert for the Center on Race, Poverty and the Environment. Nancy is a second-generation songwriter/activist; the evening's songs will be mostly hers with a few from her mother, Malvina Reynolds. Occupella started at Bay Area Occupy encampments and is available to lead singing at demonstrations, rallies and meetings and has political parodies to download free at occupella.com
