Animal Defense League - San Francisco's monthly letter writing event will feature a talk by former political prisoner, Rod Coronado. Come here Rod talk about the importance of supporting political prisoners, his time in prison, and the activism that got him there.

Afterward, stick around to write a few letters to political prisoners who are currently incarcerated. ADL-SF will supply paper, pens, envelopes, stamps, addresses etc.

They're in there for us, we are out here for them!

Rod will speak and answer questions, followed by a group letter writing to prisoners. Envelopes, stamps, paper and pens will be provided.

Rod is a Native American (Pascua Yaqui) eco-anarchist and animal rights activist. He was jailed for 13 years for charges related to an Animal Liberation Front (ALF) action.
