Join us Sunday February 1st for the first Dana Cafe session of 2015 on time for the lunar new year with Stella Lawson and Living by the Moon! Stella is an amazingly gifted and multi-talented healing force and we are so proud and happy to welcome her!
Getting to know the moon is one of the quickest ways to get in touch with our spiritual and emotional needs. Living by the cycles of the moon can help us to feel more balanced and liberated, creating more compassion for ourselves and others while bringing ancient wisdom to our plans and timing. Learn how to start tracking the moon phase and get a sense of the astro-logical ways to align yourself with it. This workshop won't be all talk. You'll be invited to use your imagination to connect to what the moons wants you to know to live a more cozy and accepting life. We'll also use art to explore the connections between our moods and the lunar liberation.
Stella the Good Witch works with astrology, tarot, dreamwork, art and visualization to help healers, artists and activists to live more deeply into their good works (by preventing burning out). She's dedicated to collective healing and works to end all forms of oppression. She was raised by witches, received her first tarot deck at the age of 11 and has been studying astrology for as long as she could read. She co-organized the first Queer Astrology Conference and is thrilled to be presenting at the Dana Cafe. She's also a mermaid in her real life.
