Cowboys and Indians

The cowboys [CalTrans and the CHP] are at it again. They continue to harrass a Native Elder on an Indigenous burial site, and roust various homeless people in the process. Notices `to vacate an ILLEGAL campsite', printed in both English and Spanish, were posted around the O2D site stating that it had to be vacated by 9am tomorrow [Dec. 8] and anyone remaining was subject to citation and\or arrest.

Why are CarTrance and the CHP continuing to commit a felony [harrassing Native people on a Native burial site], as well as deprive random homeless people of even the meager shelter they've fashioned for themselves? Is it retaliation for the success that the Black Lives Matter demos have had shutting down freeways? At any rate, your presence is requested tomorrow [Dec. 8] at 9am at the O2D site. where I-580 crosses over Telegraph Ave. in Oaktown, between MacArthur Blvd. and 34th St. A-ho.
