On the steps of City Hall, the Gray Panthers will read the articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights to celebrate the 66th anniversary of tits adoption by the UN. On Dec. 9,2014, the Gray Panthers will present a resolution to the Board of Supervisors to commemorate this international recognition of human rights for all people and to do so each year on Dec. 10.
Readers including anyone participating in the event may read one of the 30 articles of the document.
