Come along on a walking tour that settles your hash with AirBnB (and similarly poised commercial ventures).

Let's reconnect rising land values (the big chunk in real estate prices in the Bay Region) with the community! Land isn't made by its nominal owners; and the the value of land rises with the growth of community, therefore let's return land values to the community.

The walk is a quick (and necessarily cursory) survey of San Francisco social movement history, which eventually serves up proposed legislation, rooted in communitarian values, that would resolve 85% of the Bay Region's real estate related hard times.

The AirBnB issue will be solved by walk's end.
