As part of a coordinated effort between SAEN - Stop Animal Exploitation Now, The Bunny Alliance, and Gateway to Hell, activists around the world are taking action against laboratories and the airlines that transport animals for them during Primate Liberation Week.
Please join The Bunny Alliance and Local San Francisco Activists to protest Air France or plan an event in your city today!
Date: Saturday, October 18th
Protest against Air France
Time: noon - 1:30
Place: San Francisco International Airport
International Terminal, Departures
NOTE: Sign and flyers will be provided; you just need to show up! You may park in airport parking.
Air France-KLM are one of the few airlines who are still willing to transport primates for the research industry and they are responsible for shipping of countless animals of all species to laboratories each year. This makes them the top target for activists confronting the transport of laboratory animals around the world.
Animals in labs are kept in barren metal cages, often in total isolation with no mental stimulation – a far cry from the rich socially-orientated lives many of them would’ve previously been living. These sentient individuals are used to test toxic substances, chemicals, food ingredients and other products, many of which are already tested and already on the market. No animal leaves a laboratory alive.
This suffering is unacceptable. Air France-KLM play a vital part in this disgusting trade – help stop it!
