A week of events commemorating the 50th Anniversary of the Free Speech Movement is underway in Berkeley. FSM veterans are here for a reunion, mingling with students on campus now who want to know about this heroic history.
While everyone is, and should be celebrating the moment, the administration and leadership of UC turn a deaf ear to determined protest of the university's chief advocate for state torture, professor John Yoo. Join us at Wednesday's big rally to demand an end to the shameful shelter Boalt Hall provides this war criminal. Raise your voice to speak up for the Guantanamo prisoners, many of whom are STILL being tortured.
Fire, Disbar and Prosecute John Yoo!
Reserve your orange jumpsuit at 415.864.5153
