These Walls Speak - Living Legacies of The Community Mural Movement, Film Screening, 30-Year Old Mural Restoration, and Community Event in Mission District's Historic Balmy Alley

Sunday, October 19th, 2-9pm, Balmy Alley (between 24th/25th and Treat/Harrison, Mission District, San Francisco, CA). This family friendly event features music, poetry, mural painting, printmaking, dance, the dedication of the historic “Culture Contains the Seed” mural restoration, and screening of short documentary film These Walls Speak: PLACA, which tells stories of one of the most well known mural alleys in the world.
