This is an interfaith vigil for all the children being detained at the border in response to the recent crisis and U.S. government response. We are also kicking off a humanitarian aid campaign on this day to collect women's undergarment (new socks or underwear), and feminine hygiene products (maxi-pads, tampons). The items are mainly for women due to the unprecedented number of young women detainees at the border. Drop-off centers around SC County are being finalized.
