About the award: The Gertude Welch Peace & Justice Award honors individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to social justice and peace locally and globally. It is intended to draw attention to enduring efforts and struggles to bring about positive social, economic, and political change towards creating a healthy, liveable, inclusive, humane, democratic, and sustainable world.
Join us for great food and company as we bring awareness to income inequality, and the lack of affordable housing in Silicon Valley while giving recognition to the Low Income Self Help Center and all the great work that they do!
