Earth Day SF is in the UN Plaza near Market & Hyde in SF.
Earth Day SF will be on April 19th from 10am-6pm in the UN Plaza near Market & Hyde. Volunteers are also needed for the event, plus you will recieve special Earth Day perks listed below.
The event will have an Eco Fashion show, Green Building Demos/ permaculture village, solar powered beer/wine section, sustainable chef showcase, eco youth zone, 80 eco vendors and organization booths, a dance zone with Djs and Burning Man DJ section, Zumba Dance Class, and an eco-art exhibit. Bands will be New Moonsoon & the Earth Day All Star Band, Indubious, Cosmos Percussion Orchestra, and more. Speakers like Atossa Soltani director of Amazon Watch, Margaret Lowman ' Canopy Meg' biologist and educator, and UC Berkeley graduate Katie Contrell founder of Factory Farm Awareness Coalition will be there, along with many others.

Volunteers will be provided lunch, a T-Shirt, VIP tickets, and tickets to the Earth Day SF pre party and after party.
The volunteers will be needed for stage set-up, booth set-up, greeting,monitoring, or stage breakdown. Shift 1 is from 8:00am-12:00pm, Shift 2 12:00pm-4:00pm, Shift 3 4:00pm-8:00pm.
