The Coastal Watershed Council has mobilized a wide range of stakeholders and experts to form the San Lorenzo River Alliance (SLRA), a countywide coalition focused on revitalizing the river and transforming the community's relationship with this critical natural resource. The vision of the SLRA is to create a thriving Santa Cruz riverfront through the work of an engaged team of governmental agencies, local businesses nonprofits and stakeholders.

We want you to be proud of your river and feel connected to it as a safe, natural space. Join us at these upcoming Community Forums to share your vision for the San Lorenzo River. Your thoughts and ideas will help shape the work and the priorities of the San Lorenzo River Alliance as, together, we work to achieve healthier habitat, increased community access and a renewed sense of pride.

We've got a lot of work to do. Join us and tell us how you want the river to change! To learn more, email info [at] SanLorenzoRiver.org
