Clifton Ross and Marcy Rein, editors of Until the Rulers Obey: Voices from Latin American Social Movements, will discuss their book, interviews with 60 leaders and grassroots activists from 15 countries unpacking power, organizational forms, and relations with the state (PM Press, 2014). A group discussion will end Ross and Rein’s talk, and copies of Until the Rulers Obey will be available. Our talks are free and open to the public.
