Oakland DAC is martial law.

Oakland needs more tanks so that the next civilian that is killed or violated in Oakland can be rest assured that all of the uproar and rioting that will soon take place there after will be squashed by a military defense mechanism. Remember the sticky bombs in 'Saving Private Ryan?' The DAC isn't really a step towards peace, civility, or community security, quite the opposite, it will only escalate violence in the local community. These national defense measures are worse than counter productive. Its blatantly fascist.
