Hands-on Workshop: How to Make Better Flyers

Social activism and public education involve reaching out to public audiences. While e-mail lists and websites are convenient lost-cost methods of communicating with the choir, reaching out beyond the membership requires thoughtful use of mass media, posters, and flyers. Effective flyers are a must.

Learn how to:
* grab attention
* elements of design
* composition
* get the message out
* use simple software
* optimize printing and color
* do simple e-mail flyers

If you have some experience, come to share and learn. Bring your own laptop, if you have one.
