International Assembly of Migrants & Refugees 4
South Bay Report Back

"We are workers! We are not slaves!"
Community members from the South Bay joined hundreds of migrants, refugees and allies from Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe and North America in the International Assembly of Migrants and Refugees which took place on October in New York City. The IAMR-4 is an international grassroots dialogue organized by migrants and refugees in protest against UN neoliberal approaches to migration and development. Former assemblies took place in the Philippines, Greece and Mexico. Please join us to learn more about IAMR4, IMA (International Migrants Alliance) and next steps to further intensify the struggle for migrant rights in the South Bay.
