Featured Speaker: Dominic Ware, fired WalMart worker
All across the country, low-wage workers are organizing to win a living wage and decent benefits against giant corporations like WalMart, McDonald’s, Burger King and many more.
Come to this meeting and hear from low-wage workers like Dominc Ware, who was fired by WalMart for his organizing activities but is continuing the fight for justice. There will be information about the important upcoming national actions in support of low-wage workers taking place on Nov. 29 and Dec. 5 and how you can get involved in this important struggle.
$5-10 donation (no one turned away for lack of funds)
Wheelchair accessible. Refreshments provided.
