WILPF Meeting with Mark Stone

Assemblyman Mark Stone will give a legislative update on current environmental legislation and public health and safety issues. Mark has successfully passed bills helping foster kids and homeless youth and co-authored a bill to regulate contaminated wastewater from fracking.
As County Supervisor, Mark participated in an information session with Carolyn Raffensperger on the Precautionary Principle hosted by WILPF SC and has shown leadership in getting bans on some pesticide spraying, genetically modified crops, polystyrene and plastic bags.
