Prayer Walk for Ulistac
Threatened Ohlone Village Site in Santa Clara

Support the Ohlone people in their request that the ancestral village and burial site of Ulistac be immediately removed from consideration as a location for a soccer park or any other development project.

All are welcome to join this five mile walk from Mission Santa Clara to the ancestral village site of Ulistac to pray for and remember the ancestors that lived on this land for thousands of years. The walk will end at Ulistac, where a community gathering will be taking place celebrating the land and calling for its protection.

A 5-mile walk, from the Mission to Ulistac. Organized by the Confederation of Ohlone Peoples & Indian People Organizing for Change.

* 12:00pm-3pm - Fall Festival @ Ulistac Natural Area
4901 Lick Mill Blvd, Santa Clara
Come and learn about the land and the habitat restoration that volunteers have been doing.
