Hello Santa Cruz friends and allies!
Thank you for joining the MARCH AGAINST MONSANTO - SANTA CRUZ on Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013, at The Town Clock!
Featured Speakers: Ocean Robbins & Ethan Bearman!
In conjunction with World Food Day, the Oct 12 MARCH AGAINST MONSANTO is a global call to action aimed at informing the public and calling into question long-term health and environmental effects of genetically modified foods.
Whether you like it or not, chances are Monsanto contaminated the food you ate today with chemicals and unlabeled GMOs. Monsanto controls much of the world's food supply at the expense of food democracy worldwide. This event is dedicated to empowering citizens of the world to take action in solidarity with millions around the globe fighting against Monsanto & it's enablers like the FDA, USDA, EPA, GMA, BIO, and the processed food companies that use Monsanto's products.
THE RALLY & MARCH
We'll start a little after 1 with an energy-charged, family-friendly rally with some speakers and community info tables!
The March will start right after.
YOU ALSO MUST READ ABOUT the TPP!
This Trans-Pacific Partnership could override any GMO Labeling effort we have in this country. (See info pic below)
