Karine Brighten Events Presents: The First & Only Plant-Powered Health & Fitness Expo

Oakland, CA. – Are you interested in learning more about diet, health, and fitness from plant-based experts and fitness gurus? If so, don’t miss the first plant powered health and fitness expo at the Roof Garden in the Kaiser Center on October 5, 2013.

Along with the knowledge shared by experts and inspirational speakers, there will be
plenty of other things you can take away from this unique expo – and it is all sustainable!

There will be workshops given on how to train for a marathon, get involved with crossfit, and much more! A yoga class will be offered in the park by an instructor, along with vendors showcasing the latest fitness gear, and local eateries offering a variety of healthy and organic foods.

The line-up of speakers includes: Robert Cheeke, Christy Morgan, Tess Challis, Linda Middlesworth, and Ed Bauer, among many others! Each of the featured plant-based specialists will be imparting knowledge on those who attend.

This event welcomes anyone curious about becoming health conscious, as well as those who already lead an active and healthy lifestyle!

The event is from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will be jam-packed with activities, vendors, and products for browsing or purchasing. Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 at the door and available online at https://www.purplepass.com/health.
