Discover 100 years of radical South Asian American history in the streets of Berkeley, California!

You'll visit original sites, hear stories, and come away inspired by secret histories of resistance and organizing on this engaging 2-mile wheelchair-accessible walking tour through downtown Berkeley, covering a century of anti-imperial, anti-racist, feminist, LGBT, and youth organizing by Indian, Pakistani, and Bangladeshi immigrant activists.

Participants say the tour is “fantastic,” “interactive,” “inspiring,” “provocative,” “engaging,” and “one of the most amazing experiences ever.”

The tour's perfect for anyone with an interest in Bay Area, South Asian, Asian American, immigrant, anti-racist, feminist, queer, and anti-colonial people's histories. Tickets range from $7.50-$15, with proceeds directly benefiting the Bay Area Solidarity Summer youth organizing summer camp.
