During this afternoon coffee klatch, nosh on some tasty bites, and enjoy culinary writers dishing up stories of yummy deli desserts. Join the authors of The Artisan Jewish Deli at Home and the authors of Nosh on This as they share stories behind favorite recipes. Book sales and signing will follow.
Lisa Stander-Horel and Tim Horel are the writing and photography team behind the baking blog Gluten Free Canteen and the authors of Nosh on This. The authors have been experimenting with gluten-free baking recipe development for over a decade. Their work has been published in Living Without magazine and a variety of online publications including Salon, Huffington Post, Joy of Kosher, GourmetLive.com, BlogHer Food, and more.
Michael C. Zusman is a state court judge by day and a freelance restaurant and food writer at night, working for several local publications in his Portland, Oregon hometown. The Artisan Jewish Deli at Home is his first book.
Presented in partnership with the Litquake Literary Festival.
FREE with regular admission as follows: General Admission, $12; Students with a valid ID and Seniors, $10; Members and Youth 18 and under, free.
