Come support low-wage workers at a rally demanding a living wage and a right to form to a union without retaliation. Across the country, thousands of workers are coming together to call for better pay and workplace respect. This is associated with the “Fight for $15” campaign demanding a $15/hr wage. Many Fast-food workers across the country barely make enough to make ends meet. Many fast food workers make as little as $8.00 an hour, a wage that falls far below the federal poverty line. Meanwhile, Goliath corporations like McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, and KFC have reaped in huge profits in the billions this year.
